What Zero X Blue Pill is
Zero X Blue Pill is a men's herbal dietary supplement sold as one blue capsule sealed in a clear blister on a single printed card. The card is distributed by SX Power Co. of Lincoln, Nebraska, and the back panel describes the serving as "1 Capsule – Maximum Power". It sits in our Supplements for Men range alongside the other single-serving herbal capsules we stock.
Everything below is transcribed from the card itself. The front shows the Zero X logo over a foil rainbow panel, a round "Original Genuine Product" hologram sticker, and the capsule visible through the blister — a solid, glossy blue capsule rather than a tablet.
What's inside
The Supplement Facts panel lists a single proprietary blend of eleven named entries, with no individual milligram amounts printed for any of them. That is worth saying plainly: the panel gives names only, so this page gives names only. Here is what those entries are, described as ingredients rather than as anything the capsule will do for you.
- Lyco-Pene — the panel's spelling of lycopene, the red carotenoid pigment that gives tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit their colour. It is a common ingredient in general wellness formulas.
- Tribulus Terrestirs — printed exactly that way on the card; the plant usually written Tribulus terrestris, a low creeping vine also known as puncture vine, long used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese preparations.
- Yohimbe — the bark of a West African evergreen tree, Pausinystalia johimbe. It is the one entry here worth reading about before you buy: the NCCIH page on yohimbe sets out what is known about the bark and its documented side effects, including its interaction with blood pressure. That page is general background on the botanical and says nothing about this product.
- L-arginine — an amino acid found in everyday foods such as turkey, pumpkin seeds, peanuts and dairy. The body also makes it, and it appears widely in sports and wellness formulas.
- Damiana Leaf — the dried leaf of Turnera diffusa, a small shrub from Central America and the Caribbean, traditionally brewed as a tea in Mexican folk practice.
- Guarana — the seed of an Amazonian climbing plant, naturally caffeinated and used across Brazil in soft drinks and energy products. If you are watching your caffeine intake, this is the entry to be aware of, although the panel prints no amount.
- Maca — a root vegetable in the mustard family, grown at high altitude in the Peruvian Andes and eaten there as a food crop before it ever became a supplement ingredient.
- Vitamin-C — ascorbic acid, a water-soluble essential nutrient. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin C covers what it does in the body and the recommended intakes.
- Vitamin-B12 — cobalamin, found naturally in meat, fish, eggs and dairy; the NIH fact sheet on vitamin B12 gives the general background.
- Vitamin-D3 — cholecalciferol, the form the skin makes from sunlight; see the NIH fact sheet on vitamin D for intake information.
- Zinc Oxide — a mineral form of zinc, an essential trace element. The NIH fact sheet on zinc describes its role and the upper intake limits.
Because the blend is proprietary, no entry carries a quantity and we have estimated none. No "other ingredients" line, capsule-shell description or allergen statement is printed on this card either.

How to use it
The card's suggested usage reads: "As a dietary supplement take one capsule 30 minutes prior to intended sexual activity with a glass of water." That is the whole of the printed direction — there is no instruction about food, and no alternative timing is given.
The card also prints a separate caution that sets a hard ceiling on how often a capsule may be taken: "Do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours." Sixty hours is two and a half days. It is the most important line on the packaging, so take it from the card and not from anywhere else.
No storage instruction is printed. The usual sensible handling for a blister card applies: keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and leave the capsule sealed in its blister until you intend to take it.
Who it's for
This is a single-serving product for adults aged 18 and over, and the card states that plainly: "Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years old." One capsule on one card is the trial size of this category — it suits someone who wants to see what a given herbal blend is like before committing to a multi-count pack, or who buys occasionally rather than keeping a supply. If you already know you want more than one serving, browse the multi-count options in Quick Fix.
The card's own warning also rules it out for some adults — read the next section before you buy.
Good to know
The card prints its own warning, and we reproduce it in full because it is specific: "WARNING: We strongly advise to consult medical professional if you have high blood pressure or any heart disease history." That warning is on the packaging, not something we have added, and the yohimbe entry on the panel is the obvious reason it is there.
Beyond that: this is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and it has not been reviewed or approved by any regulator. Speak to a licensed healthcare professional first if you take prescription medication — nitrates in particular — or have any ongoing medical condition. Keep it out of reach of children. If you have food or plant allergies, read the blend list above; because no amounts are printed, you cannot judge your exposure to any one entry.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules come on a Zero X card?
One. A Zero X card holds a single blue capsule sealed in one clear blister, which is one serving at the panel's stated serving size of 1 Capsule.
How long should I leave between capsules?
At least 60 hours. The card's caution line reads "Do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours", which works out to two and a half days between servings, and no reason is given on the packaging to shorten it.
Does the panel say how much yohimbe or maca is in the capsule?
No. All eleven entries sit inside one proprietary blend with no individual milligram amounts and no blend total printed, so the quantity of any single ingredient is not disclosed on the packaging.
Who distributes Zero X and where is it made?
The back of the card reads "Distributed by SX Power CO., Lincoln, NE 68508" and carries a "Proud to be Made in U.S.A." flag mark. No manufacturer's telephone number, website or product code is printed anywhere on the card.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. Orders leave in plain packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside, and the charge on your statement shows a neutral business name rather than CaliPills.
Shipping and returns
Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging from a neutral business name, normally by the next business day; an expedited option is available at checkout. Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments. If this is not the right product for you, supplements bought from CaliPills may be returned under our return policy.
We are not the manufacturer of this product. Herbal formulas affect people differently depending on age, body size, diet and general health, so individual experiences vary.
