What Xcalibur Black 5000 is
Xcalibur Black 5000 is a men's herbal dietary supplement supplied as one capsule sealed on a single blister card. The front of the card carries the Xcalibur sword-and-stone artwork against a brick-wall background, with the capsule visible through a clear window; the reverse carries the complete Supplement Facts panel, the suggested use, the caution statement and the barcode. It sits in our Supplements for Men range alongside the rest of our single-serve herbal cards.
The panel gives the serving size as one capsule, and one capsule is one serving. The formula is built as two named blends rather than a single ingredient list, and the card is distributed by Medieval Group of Los Angeles, California. If you would rather browse the wider category first, the full Supplements section lists every format we carry, from single cards to multi-count bottles.
A note on how this panel prints its numbers
The Supplement Facts panel on this card prints every figure as a bare number with no unit of measure beside it. There is no "mg" anywhere on the panel and no % Daily Value column. We transcribe the panel exactly as it is printed rather than adding a unit the manufacturer did not state, so the table below is headed "Amount as printed". The numbers are internally consistent: the two blend figures add up to the headline figure, and the eleven itemised rows add up precisely to the second blend figure.
What's inside
The panel lists two blends — a Proprietary Xcalibur Blend and an Xcalibur Enhancement Blend — followed by eleven named components. The blend figures are given as totals, so the amount of each individual botanical inside the Proprietary Xcalibur Blend is not broken out on the card, and we do not estimate it.
Tribulus Terrestris, the largest itemised entry, is a low-growing plant of the caltrop family that has long been used in Ayurvedic and traditional Mediterranean preparations and is a routine inclusion in men's herbal formulas. Maca is a hardy root crop grown at high altitude in the Peruvian Andes, where it has been eaten as a food for centuries and dried for use in powders. Guarana is a climbing vine native to the Amazon basin whose seeds are naturally caffeine-bearing and are widely used in South American drinks.
Yohimbe is the bark of a West African evergreen tree and is the ingredient on this panel that most deserves your attention before you buy; the NCCIH keeps a plain-language page on it, and you can read the NCCIH overview of yohimbe for general background on the botanical. Diamana Leaf is printed on this card with that spelling and is transcribed here as shown. L-Arginine is an amino acid found in everyday foods such as nuts, seeds, poultry and dairy. Lyco-pene is the red-orange pigment that gives tomatoes and watermelon their colour.
The panel is rounded out with four micronutrients. Zinc Oxide is one of the common supplemental forms of the mineral — the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on zinc covers it in general terms. Vitamin-B12 and Vitamin-D3 each have their own consumer fact sheets as well, covering vitamin B12 and vitamin D, and Vitamin-C completes the list. None of those pages refers to this product; they are background reading on the nutrients themselves. For a general primer on how botanical supplements are regulated and labelled, the NIH also publishes an overview of botanical dietary supplements.

How to use it
Take one capsule with water, 30 minutes before use, as a dietary supplement. That is the whole of the direction printed on the back of the card, reproduced here without addition.
The card also prints a caution, and it is the single most important line on the packaging: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is an upper limit, not a target. Store the card in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep it sealed until you intend to use it — the blister is the product's moisture barrier.
Who it's for
This is a single-serve format for adults aged 18 and over who want to try one capsule rather than commit to a bottle. One card holds one capsule, which suits a first purchase, a travel or overnight-bag item, or anyone who simply does not want a multi-count container sitting in a cabinet. If this format already suits you, bottled and multi-card options are listed in Supplements for Men.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and it is not suitable for women who are pregnant or nursing. Because the panel includes yohimbe, it is a poor choice for anyone with heart or blood-pressure concerns, or anyone who is unsure, without speaking to a clinician first.
Good to know
- Herbal formulas affect people differently depending on age, body size, diet and activity level. Individual experiences vary.
- Speak to a licensed healthcare professional before use if you take prescription medication — nitrates and blood-pressure medication in particular — or if you have any diagnosed condition.
- Yohimbe is a stimulant botanical and this panel also contains naturally caffeine-bearing guarana. Keep that in mind alongside coffee, tea or energy drinks.
- Keep out of reach of children. Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if any adverse effect occurs.
- Check the full component list above before use if you have any known food or plant allergy.
- No California Proposition 65 warning is printed on this packaging, so none is reproduced here.
Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, and the charge appears under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many capsules come on one Xcalibur Black 5000 card?
One. A single capsule is sealed in the blister window of one card, and one capsule is one serving according to the panel.
Why does the Supplement Facts panel show numbers with no "mg" after them?
Because that is exactly how the manufacturer printed it. Every figure on this card — the 5000 beside the serving size, the 3500 and 1500 blend totals, and all eleven itemised rows — appears as a bare number with no unit of measure and no % Daily Value column. We transcribe panels as printed rather than adding units the manufacturer did not state.
How often can I take a capsule?
No more than one capsule every 60 hours, which is the caution printed on the back of the card. Take it with water, 30 minutes beforehand, as the suggested use states.
Does Xcalibur Black 5000 contain yohimbe?
Yes. Yohimbe is listed on the panel at a printed figure of 220, and it is the component most worth discussing with a clinician before use, particularly if you have heart or blood-pressure concerns or take prescription medication.
How is the order packaged for delivery?
Discreetly. The outer packaging carries no product names, imagery or wording that indicates the contents, the sender is a neutral business name, and the card itself ships sealed in its blister.
