Supreme Blue 3000 Natural Male Performance Support Capsule

What Supreme Blue 3000 is

Supreme Blue 3000 Super Natural is a single herbal capsule from Supreme, sold on one sealed blister card. The panel on the back of the card lists a serving size of one capsule and one serving per card, so a card is a single serving. The capsule itself is white and carries the letters SN pressed into the shell, visible through the blister window on the front of the card.

The "3000" in the name is the figure printed beside the proprietary blend on the Supplement Facts panel. The panel prints that number on its own, with no unit of measure beside it, so it is transcribed below exactly as the manufacturer printed it rather than assumed to be milligrams. Supreme's blue card sits alongside the rest of the Supreme range in our catalogue, each colour card carrying its own blend figure.

What's inside

The formula is a proprietary blend of six botanical extracts. A proprietary blend means the manufacturer declares the ingredients and one combined figure, but not how much of each extract is present — so no per-ingredient amount can honestly be quoted for any of the six. Here is what each plant actually is:

• Jujube Extract — from Ziziphus jujuba, the red date. It is a small, apple-like fruit cultivated across China for thousands of years, eaten fresh, dried, or brewed into tea, and a long-standing component of traditional preparations.
• Cinnamon Bark — the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, harvested, dried and curled into the quills sold as a kitchen spice. The same bark is a common ingredient in botanical supplement formulas.
• Wild Yam Extract — the root of Dioscorea villosa, a twining vine native to eastern North America. Despite the name it is not the yam sold as a vegetable; it is a separate species grown for its rhizome.
• Pueraria Lobata — better known as kudzu, a fast-growing vine whose starchy root is used as a thickener in Japanese and Chinese cooking and appears widely in herbal formulations.
• Condonopsis — spelled that way on the panel. It is a root from the bellflower family, known in Chinese herbal practice as dang shen, and it is typically sold dried and sliced.
• Cayenne Extract — from the Capsicum annuum chilli pepper, the same plant behind cayenne powder and hot sauce. Capsaicin is the compound responsible for its heat.

These are descriptions of the plants, not statements about what the product does for you. For general, independent background on how botanical ingredients are regulated and studied, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements background on botanical dietary supplements and the NCCIH "Herbs at a Glance" index are good starting points. Neither organisation has any connection to this product.

Supplement Facts

How to use it

The card's suggested use reads: as a dietary supplement, take one capsule with plenty of water at least 30 minutes prior to sexual activity. That is the whole of the manufacturer's direction, and it is worth following it as written rather than adjusting the amount.

The caution block sets a firm ceiling that is easy to miss in small print: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. Sixty hours is two and a half days, so a second capsule should not follow the first any sooner than that. Store the card in a cool, dry place and leave the capsule sealed in its blister until you intend to take it.

Who it's for

This is a product for adults 18 and over, and the card says so explicitly. A single-serving card suits someone who wants to try a formula once without committing to a multi-capsule bottle, or who prefers buying one sealed serving at a time. If you already know how a botanical blend of this kind sits with you, the rest of our supplements for men range includes multi-count formats.

It is not for anyone under 18, and the manufacturer names heart problems specifically as a reason to speak to a physician first.

Good to know

• The caution block states: consult a physician if you have heart problems, and stop using immediately if undesirable effects develop.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If you take prescription medication — particularly nitrates — or manage an ongoing medical condition, speak to a licensed healthcare professional before using any herbal supplement. The NCCIH guidance on dietary and herbal supplements explains why interactions are worth checking.
• Because the blend is proprietary, anyone with a plant allergy should read the six-ingredient list above before use.
• No Proposition 65 warning is printed anywhere on this card.
• The FDA consumer page on dietary supplements sets out how this category is regulated in the United States.

Shipping and packaging

Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, sent under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Card statements show a generic business name, not calipills.com. Orders leave by the next business day; an expedited option is available at checkout. Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many capsules come on a Supreme Blue 3000 card?

One capsule. The Supreme Blue 3000 Supplement Facts panel lists a serving size of one capsule and one serving per card, and that single capsule is sealed in the blister you can see through the front of the packaging.

How long should I wait between capsules?

At least 60 hours. The caution block on the back of the Supreme Blue 3000 card states plainly that you should not use more than one capsule every 60 hours, which works out at two and a half days between servings.

Does the panel say how much of each herb is in the blend?

No. Supreme declares the six extracts and a single proprietary blend figure of 3000, without a unit of measure and without breaking the figure down by ingredient, so no individual milligram amount exists to quote.

Is Supreme Blue 3000 suitable if I have a chilli or plant allergy?

Check the ingredient list first, because the Supreme Blue 3000 blend contains Cayenne Extract from the chilli pepper plant alongside jujube, cinnamon bark, wild yam, Pueraria lobata and Condonopsis. Anyone with a known sensitivity to any of those plants should speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside, from a neutral business name, and your card statement shows that generic name rather than calipills.com.
