L-arginine is an amino acid found in nuts, seeds and dairy. Maca is a root crop grown high in the Peruvian Andes and eaten there as a vegetable. Fenugreek is a clover-family seed used as a kitchen spice across South Asia. BioPerine is a branded black-pepper extract, and BioPerine is a trade mark of Sabina Corporation.
