Platinum Rhino 24K Silver is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men: six capsules in a sealed cobalt-blue glass bottle with a silver wrap label. The panel lists a 17-entry proprietary blend including Panax Ginseng, Cordyceps and Vitamin B12, with no individual amounts printed.

What this is

Platinum Rhino 24K Silver is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as six capsules in a sealed cobalt-blue glass bottle. The wrap-around silver label states six capsules in the bottle and that one capsule equals one serving, and it describes the formula as a proprietary herbal blend. The bottle belongs to our Supplements for Men range and sits alongside the rest of the Rhino Platinum line.

The packaging is simple and easy to identify on a shelf. The front of the silver label carries a rhinoceros silhouette with a small 24K mark set into it. The remainder of the label wraps around the bottle in two further panels: one holds the ingredient list, the potency line and the caution box, the other holds the usage note, the barcode and a small flag graphic. The cap is finished with a white tamper-evident band printed Sealed For Your Protection, so the bottle arrives unopened and it is obvious if it has not.

What is in the formula

The label lists seventeen entries in a single proprietary blend and does not disclose how much of each one it contains. That is worth stating plainly before anything else: the panel gives names only, closes with Daily Value Not Established, and prints no milligram figures at any point. Everything below describes what those named botanicals are, not what the capsule will do.

Several of the entries come from the traditional Chinese herbal repertoire. Go Ji Extract is the bright red berry of Lycium, dried and used in soups and teas across northern China. Deng Sen Extract and Condonopsis both point to codonopsis root, a bellflower relative long used as a gentler everyday substitute for ginseng. Atractylodes is an aromatic rhizome, Cornus the dried fruit of the Asiatic dogwood, and Cuscuta the seed of dodder, a parasitic climbing vine. Dang Gui is the root of Angelica sinensis, and Pueraria Lobata is kudzu, the fast-growing vine whose starchy root is used as both a food and a herbal preparation. Rubus is the bramble genus that gives us raspberries and blackberries.

Panax Ginseng is probably the most widely recognised name on the panel. It is a slow-growing perennial root cultivated in Korea, north-eastern China and parts of North America, and it is among the most commonly used botanicals in the world; the NCCIH overview of Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and on what is and is not known about it. Licorice is the sweet root of Glycyrrhiza glabra, used in confectionery and in herbal mixtures alike, and it is one of the few botanicals here with a well-documented interaction profile — the NCCIH page on licorice root is a sensible place to read about it, particularly if you take medication for blood pressure.

Cordyceps Sinensus is the label's spelling of cordyceps, a fungus that grows on insect larvae at high altitude on the Tibetan plateau and which now appears in a great many supplement formulas in cultivated form. Cinnamon Bark is the familiar kitchen spice. Dismutase and Superoxide Dismutase are both listed, the latter being an enzyme found naturally in human cells and in many foods. The panel also lists Vitamin B12, a water-soluble vitamin found in meat, fish, eggs and dairy and added to many fortified foods; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B12 explains its role in ordinary nutrition. Finally, the panel includes a line reading simply Proprietary Blend, which is reproduced in the table below exactly as printed.

If you want general orientation on how botanical supplements are regulated and labelled in the United States, the NIH overview of botanical dietary supplements is a neutral starting point. None of these sources refer to this product, and none of them endorse it.

How to use it

The label directs one capsule, taken before intimacy. It adds that the product can be used on a regular basis, and asks that you take it one hour apart from any other supplement so the two are not swallowed together.

There is a firm ceiling printed in the caution box, and it is the single most important line on the bottle: do not take more than one capsule every 60 hours. Six capsules therefore represent a sustained supply rather than something to work through quickly. The label also asks that the bottle be stored in a cool, dry place, which in practice means a bedroom drawer or a cupboard rather than a bathroom shelf or a car.

Who it is for

This bottle suits an adult man over 18 who already knows this style of herbal capsule and wants more than one on hand. A six-capsule bottle is the format you reach for when a single blister card is inconvenient — it keeps the capsules sealed in glass, under one tamper band, with the full ingredient panel and caution text on the bottle itself rather than on a card that gets thrown away. If you have never tried a herbal capsule of this kind, a single-serving format is the more sensible first purchase.

It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and it is not suitable for anyone taking prescription medication without speaking to a clinician first — the label is explicit on that point and so are we.

Good to know

The caution box on the bottle carries four instructions, and they are reproduced here in substance. Consult a physician if you have health issues or experience undesirable effects. Store in a cool, dry place. Taking this alongside any other medication is not recommended and should be avoided. Do not take more than one capsule every 60 hours.

Beyond the label, the usual sense applies to any herbal product sold in this category. Tell your doctor or pharmacist what you are taking, particularly if you are on anything for blood pressure, heart conditions or nitrates. Read the ingredient list before use if you have food or plant allergies — several entries on this panel are roots, seeds and fungi that people do occasionally react to. Keep the bottle out of reach of children, and keep the tamper band intact until you intend to use it.

No California Proposition 65 warning is printed on this bottle, and we have not added one.

Frequently asked questions

How many capsules come in the bottle?

Six capsules. The bottle label states six capsules in the bottle and that one capsule equals one serving, so the bottle holds six servings.

How often does the label say a capsule can be taken?

No more than one capsule every 60 hours. That limit is printed in the caution box on the bottle and it is the ceiling, not a recommendation to take one that often.

Does the label say how much of each herb is in the capsule?

No. The panel lists the botanicals as a single proprietary blend with no milligram figures beside any of them, and closes with the line Daily Value Not Established, so the individual amounts are not disclosed by the manufacturer.

Is the bottle sealed?

Yes. The cap carries a white tamper-evident band printed Sealed For Your Protection, and the capsules sit inside a cobalt-blue glass bottle rather than a plastic one.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, sent from a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Orders ship by the next business day, and an expedited option is available at checkout.
