What this is
Blue Rhino 100K Special Edition is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one blue capsule sealed in a blister on a single card. The card front carries the words Special Edition, the figure 100K, the word BLUE and a rhino emblem in sky blue on a black disc; the reverse carries the Supplement Facts box, the directions and the barcode. The capsule itself is blue, visible through the clear blister dome, and one capsule is one serving.
The formula is a single herbal proprietary blend rather than a list of individually dosed actives. That is an important distinction to understand before buying, and it is covered in full in the table below. You will find this card alongside the rest of our Supplements for Men range.
What is inside
The back panel lists seventeen entries in one proprietary blend, with no per-ingredient milligram figures and no percent Daily Values. Several of those entries come from the traditional Chinese herbal repertoire, which is worth knowing something about rather than skimming past.
- Panax Ginseng — the root of a slow-growing perennial cultivated in Korea, north-eastern China and parts of Russia, and one of the most widely traded botanicals in the world. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and what is and is not known about it.
- Cordyceps Sinensus (as printed; the organism is usually written Cordyceps sinensis) — a fungus that grows on insect larvae at high altitude on the Tibetan plateau, long used in Chinese kitchen-medicine broths and now mostly produced by commercial fermentation.
- Go Ji Extract — goji, or wolfberry, the small red fruit of Lycium barbarum, grown commercially in Ningxia and eaten dried as a food as often as it is used in supplements.
- Deng Sen Extract and Condonopsis — both relate to dang shen, a bellflower root used across northern China as a milder, cheaper everyday stand-in for ginseng in soups and tonics.
- Dang Gui — the root of Angelica sinensis, a celery relative, and one of the most commonly used herbs in traditional Chinese formulas.
- Licorice — the sweet root of Glycyrrhiza, used as a flavouring and as a formula ingredient. It has genuine interaction considerations worth reading about; the NCCIH licorice root fact sheet is the plain-English reference.
- Pueraria Lobata — kudzu, the fast-growing vine whose starchy root is used in East Asian cooking and herbal preparations alike.
- Cinnamon Bark, Atractylodes, Cornus, Cuscuta and Rubus — bark, rhizome, dogwood fruit, dodder seed and raspberry-family fruit respectively, all standard entries in classical Chinese tonic formulas.
- Vitamin B12 — the one plainly nutritional entry on the panel. No amount is given for it, so there is no way to say how it compares to a daily reference intake; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B12 explains what the vitamin does in the body generally.
- Dismutase and Superoxide Dismutase — both are printed on the panel as separate entries. Superoxide dismutase is an enzyme found in essentially all living cells.
Because the panel declares a proprietary blend, the maker is not required to publish how much of each entry the capsule contains, and this one does not. If you want context on how botanical supplements are labelled and regulated in general, the NIH background sheet on botanical dietary supplements is a good starting point.

How to use it
The card directs you to take one capsule one hour before intercourse. The same panel adds that the capsule may also be used on a regular basis, and that for best results you should leave one hour between this capsule and any other supplement or medication you take.
The dosing ceiling printed on the card is explicit and is the single most important line on the packaging: do not take more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is roughly one capsule every two and a half days. The card also instructs you to store it in a cool, dry place.
Who it is for
This card suits an adult man who wants to try a single serving of a herbal men's formula without committing to a multi-capsule bottle. One sealed capsule is a low-outlay way to find out how a given formula sits with you before buying more of anything. It is a reasonable first stop in our Supplements aisle for that reason.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and it is not suitable for anyone who would rather know exactly how many milligrams of each botanical they are taking — a proprietary blend declaration simply does not provide that. Nor is it a food, a medicine, or a substitute for talking to a clinician about anything that is actually bothering you.
Good to know
The card's own caution text asks you to consult a physician if you have heart issues or if you experience undesirable effects, and states plainly that taking this alongside any other medication is not recommended and should be avoided. Take that at face value: if you use prescription medication of any kind — nitrates in particular — speak to a pharmacist or doctor before you open the blister.
- Adults 18 and over only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Herbal blends are not interchangeable with one another, and individual responses to them differ by body size, diet, sleep, alcohol intake and medication.
- Stop using it and speak to a healthcare professional if anything feels wrong.
- Check the full blend list above against any known plant allergies before use.
- Keep the capsule sealed in its blister until you intend to use it, and store the card in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many capsules come on this card?
One. The Blue Rhino 100K Special Edition card holds a single blue capsule sealed in one blister, and the panel confirms that one capsule equals one serving.
How often can I take it?
No more than one capsule every 60 hours, which is the limit printed on the card itself. The directions say to take it one hour before intercourse and to leave an hour's gap between this capsule and any other supplement or medication.
Does the label say how much of each herb is in the capsule?
No — the ingredients are declared as a single proprietary blend with no individual milligram figures and no percent Daily Values. The full list of entries, exactly as printed, is in the Supplement Facts table above.
Where is it made, and what is the capsule like?
The card states "Made in USA" inside the Supplement Facts box. The capsule is blue and is visible through the clear blister dome on the front of the card before you open it.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside that indicates the contents, sent under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Orders go out by the next business day, and an expedited option is available at checkout.
