Blue 7 7000k Male Sexual Enhancement Blue Pill
What Blue 7 7000K is
Blue 7 7000K is a herbal dietary supplement for adults, supplied as a single blue capsule sealed in a blister on one card. The Supplement Facts panel on the back of the card gives a serving size of one capsule at 2,000 mg and names twelve ingredients, including maca root, tongkat ali, saw palmetto berry, L-arginine, panax ginseng, shilajit and tribulus. The card is marked "Distributed by: S Stud Distribution" and "Made in U.S.A."
The packaging is black and brushed silver with a large teal numeral 7 and the figure 7000K, and the capsule is visible through the clear blister window: two-tone blue, with a lighter blue cap and a deeper blue body. It sits in our Supplements for Men range, which is where you will find comparable single-capsule herbal formulas.
What's inside
The panel is a plain ingredient list with a milligram figure beside each entry, rather than a single undisclosed blend, so you can see exactly how the 2,000 mg is divided. Here is what those entries are, described as botanical ingredients rather than as anything they are meant to do for you.
- Maca root extract powder, 100 mg. Maca is a hardy root vegetable in the mustard family, grown on the high plateaus of the Peruvian Andes, where it has been eaten as a food crop for centuries. It usually reaches supplements as a dried, milled root powder.
- Tongkat ali root powder, 200 mg. Tongkat ali is the root of Eurycoma longifolia, a slender understorey tree of Malaysia and Indonesia. The root is traditionally simmered into a bitter decoction; in capsules it appears as a dried powder or extract.
- Saw palmetto berry powder, 250 mg. Saw palmetto is a low, spreading fan palm native to the sandy soils of the southeastern United States, and the part used is the dark ripe berry. The NCCIH overview of saw palmetto gives general background on the plant.
- Mura puama root powder, 200 mg. Printed on the panel as "Mura puama", this is the ingredient more commonly spelled muira puama, a small flowering shrub of the Brazilian Amazon whose wood and root are dried and milled.
- L-arginine, 200 mg. L-arginine is an ordinary amino acid, one of the building blocks of protein, and it occurs in everyday foods such as nuts, seeds, poultry and dairy. In supplements it is normally a manufactured free-form powder.
- Panax ginseng root powder, 225 mg. Panax ginseng is the fleshy, slow-growing root of a shade-loving plant from Korea and northeastern China, long used in East Asian herbal preparations. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng covers the plant and what is and is not known about it.
- Superba root powder, 200 mg. The panel lists this entry by the single word "Superba" with no botanical name alongside it. We have reproduced it exactly as printed rather than guess at which plant is meant.
- Shilajit, 200 mg. Shilajit is not a plant at all. It is a dark, tarry, mineral-rich material that seeps from rock layers in the Himalaya and other high mountain ranges in warm weather, and it is purified and dried before use.
- Tribulus, 200 mg. Tribulus terrestris is a low, spreading annual with small yellow flowers and distinctly spiky seed cases, found across warm regions worldwide. It is one of the most common botanicals in men's herbal formulas.
- St John's wort, 200 mg. St John's wort is a yellow-flowered perennial of European meadows and roadsides. It is worth knowing it is here, because it is among the most interaction-prone herbs sold — see the safety notes below.
- Vitamin D3, 10 mg and Vitamin B12, 15 mg. These are the two non-botanical entries. Both are transcribed exactly as the panel prints them, units included. General background on each is at the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets for vitamin D and vitamin B12.
The panel also carries two rows that print an amount, 1,150 mg and 850 mg, with no ingredient name beside them. They are reproduced in the table below exactly as they appear. For general reading on botanical ingredients of this kind, the NCCIH maintains an index of herbs at a glance.

How to use it
The label's suggested use is one capsule taken with water about 30 minutes beforehand, as a dietary supplement. That is the whole of the direction printed on the card.
The label also sets a hard frequency limit, and it is the single most important line on the packaging: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That works out at roughly one capsule every two and a half days, and it is a ceiling rather than a schedule.
Who it's for
This is an adults-only herbal supplement, and the card states plainly that it is not for use by anyone under 18. The single-capsule card suits someone who wants to try a formula once before committing to a larger supply, or who prefers to keep one sealed capsule on hand rather than an open bottle. Anyone who would rather compare formats and ingredient lists first can browse the wider Supplements category.
If you are pregnant or nursing, managing a health condition, or already taking prescription medicine, speak to a clinician before using any botanical supplement — and given the St John's wort content here, that is a particularly reasonable conversation to have.
Good to know
- Talk to a doctor if you take prescription medicine. The card says to consult your doctor before use, and the formula gives a specific reason to: St John's wort is one of the most interaction-prone botanicals in common use and is known to affect how the body handles a long list of prescription medicines.
- Observe the 60-hour gap. The caution line on the back of the card is explicit about it.
- Keep out of reach of children, and keep the capsule sealed in its blister until you intend to use it.
- Check the ingredient list for allergens before use if you react to botanicals, and note the two vitamin entries alongside anything else you already take.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many capsules come with this item?
One. Blue 7 7000K is supplied as a single blue capsule sealed in a blister on one card, and that one capsule is a full 2,000 mg serving.
How often can a Blue 7 7000K capsule be taken?
No more than one capsule every 60 hours, which is the limit printed in the caution panel on the back of the card. The direction itself is one capsule with water around 30 minutes beforehand.
What is actually in the 2,000 mg serving?
Twelve named ingredients with an individual milligram figure against each one: maca root extract 100 mg, tongkat ali root 200 mg, saw palmetto berry 250 mg, mura puama root 200 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, panax ginseng root 225 mg, superba root 200 mg, shilajit 200 mg, tribulus 200 mg, St John's wort 200 mg, vitamin D3 10 mg and vitamin B12 15 mg.
Is this suitable alongside prescription medication?
Not without asking a healthcare professional first. The panel lists St John's wort at 200 mg, a botanical well documented for interacting with many prescription medicines, and the card itself directs you to consult your doctor before use.
How is the order packaged for delivery?
Discreetly. Orders go out in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside that indicates the contents, and the billing descriptor on your statement is a neutral business name rather than the store name.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. As Advertised, plus!Took the product as directed and it more than lived up to the packaging. I'm 57 and have had no issues getting started. Stamina and recovery, however, have slowly degraded to the point I discussed with my physician. Of course, he would write any prescription but I heard about this product and though I would experiment with Wicked and maybe a couple others. Well, my stamina issue was completely eliminated. Recovery time was likewise dramatically improved. My partner for this experiment is 24. She was amazed at the rigidity and size of my erection. Recovery was almost unbelievable and for the first time in a long time, I was not first one to throw in towel. Drink plenty of water to avoid possible headache. So far, my only symptoms are from lack of sleep.
