Blue 6K is a men's herbal dietary supplement sold as a single capsule on a sealed blister card, with a 6000 mg serving size. The label lists one seventeen-item proprietary botanical blend including Panax Ginseng, Cordyceps and Vitamin B12. Made in USA.

What Blue 6K is

Blue 6K is a men's herbal dietary supplement sold as a single capsule sealed on one blister card, with a serving size of 6000 mg. The card has an embossed BLUE 6K lockup on a textured blue face with a rhino emblem, and the full Supplement Facts panel is printed on the reverse — which is where every figure below comes from. It sits in our Supplements for Men range alongside the other single-serve botanical cards.

The single-card format is the point of it. There is no bottle to store, no daily routine to keep up with and no commitment beyond the one capsule in your hand — which makes it a straightforward way to try a botanical blend you have not used before, and an easy thing to keep flat in a bag or a drawer. The capsule stays sealed in its blister until you press it out.

What is in the blend

The panel lists one proprietary blend of seventeen entries and gives no per-ingredient amounts, so the only weight stated anywhere on the label is the 6000 mg serving figure. That is normal for a proprietary blend, and it means nobody — including us — can tell you how much of any single botanical is in the capsule. Here is what the blend is built from, with some background on the better-known members.

Panax Ginseng is the root of a slow-growing perennial cultivated in Korea, north-eastern China and parts of Russia, where roots are typically lifted after four to six years. It is one of the most widely used botanicals in the world; the NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and how it is studied.

Cordyceps Sinensus — spelled that way on the panel — is a fungus long used in traditional Chinese preparations, historically gathered at altitude on the Tibetan plateau and now mostly grown under cultivation. Go Ji Extract comes from the small red berry of Lycium barbarum, a shrub farmed in northern China and sold both as a dried fruit and as an extract. Licorice is the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra, used as both a flavouring and a traditional herb; the NCCIH page on licorice root is worth a read, because licorice is one of the few common botanicals with well-documented interactions.

Cinnamon Bark is the dried inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Pueraria Lobata is kudzu, a climbing vine native to East Asia. Dang Gui and Cornus are both long-standing components of traditional Chinese herbal formulas, as are Atractylodes, Cuscuta, Condonopsis and Deng Sen Extract. Rubus is the botanical genus that covers raspberries and brambles. Superoxide Dismutase is an enzyme found naturally in the body and in many foods, and the panel also lists Dismutase as a separate entry. Vitamin B12 is the one conventional nutrient on the list — a water-soluble vitamin, covered in detail by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on Vitamin B12.

If you want general grounding on how botanical supplements are made and regulated before buying any of them, the NIH overview of botanical dietary supplements is a neutral place to start. None of these references discuss this product; they describe the plants and nutrients themselves.

Ingredient spellings above are reproduced exactly as they appear on the card, including Cordyceps Sinensus and Condonopsis, and including the entry "Proprietary Blend" appearing inside the proprietary blend list. We have not corrected them, because transcribing the panel faithfully is more useful to you than tidying it.

How to take it

The label direction is one capsule taken one hour before intercourse. The card adds that Blue 6K may also be used on a regular basis, and that for best results it should be taken one hour apart from any other supplements or medication.

The card sets a firm upper limit that is easy to miss in small print, so it is worth stating plainly: do not take more than one capsule in any 60-hour period. The caution block also says that taking it alongside any other medication is not recommended and should be avoided. Store the card in a cool, dry place and leave the capsule sealed in its blister until you use it.

Who it is for

Blue 6K is for adults 18 and over who are curious about a botanical blend of this kind and would rather buy one capsule than commit to a bottle. The single-card format suits a first purchase, an occasional buy, or keeping something simple on hand. Browse the wider Supplements selection if you would prefer a multi-count pack instead.

It is not for anyone under 18. It is not appropriate for anyone taking prescription medication — the card's own caution says so — and it is no substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history.

Good to know

  • Herbal blends affect people differently depending on age, body size, diet and general health. Individual responses vary.
  • Talk to a licensed healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition, heart concerns, or take prescription medication — particularly nitrates.
  • Do not exceed one capsule in any 60-hour period, as printed on the card.
  • Check the full blend list above if you have any plant or food allergy.
  • Keep out of reach of children. The NCCIH guidance on dietary and herbal supplements covers general safety considerations for this product category.
  • No Proposition 65 warning is printed on this card, so none is reproduced here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many capsules come with this listing?

One capsule, sealed on a single blister card. The capsule stays in the sealed blister until you press it out, so it travels and stores flat.

What is the serving size for Blue 6K?

The serving size is 6000 mg, and the panel states that one capsule equals one serving. That 6000 mg figure covers the whole proprietary blend — the label gives no individual weight for any single ingredient in it.

How often can Blue 6K be taken?

No more than one capsule in any 60-hour period, which is the limit printed in the caution block on the back of the card. The card also directs that it be taken one hour apart from other supplements or medication, and that use alongside any other medication is not recommended.

Where is Blue 6K made, and does it list allergens?

The card is printed "Made in USA". It carries no allergen statement and no "Other Ingredients" line, so if you have a known plant or food allergy, read the seventeen-item blend list above and check with a healthcare professional before use.

How is this order packaged?

Your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, billed under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Orders ship by the next business day, and an expedited option is available at checkout.
