What it is
5 Day Forecast 1600mg is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, sold here as one capsule sealed on a single blister card. The Supplement Facts panel on the back of the card gives the serving size as one capsule and declares one 1600mg proprietary blend built from eight botanical and plant-derived ingredients. There are no added vitamins or minerals on the panel.
The card itself is a hanging-tab blister pack printed in dark blue, with the capsule held under clear plastic on the front and the full Supplement Facts, warning and directions panel printed on the reverse. The capsule visible on the card is blue. You can find the rest of the range in 5 Day Forecast, which sits inside our wider Supplements for Men category.
What's inside
All eight ingredients below are transcribed from the panel printed on this card. They are declared as a single proprietary blend totalling 1600mg per serving, which means the manufacturer has not printed an individual milligram figure for any one of them. We have not estimated the missing numbers, and no % Daily Value is shown on the panel.
- Tribulus — a sprawling plant of the caltrop family that grows across warm parts of southern Europe, Asia and Africa. The dried fruit is the part normally used, and it appears in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese preparations going back centuries.
- Cordyceps Militaris — a vivid orange fungus that is cultivated commercially on grain substrate today rather than gathered wild. It is the species that usually stands in for the much rarer wild cordyceps of traditional Chinese tonics.
- Ginger Root — the ordinary culinary rhizome, dried and milled. Ginger has been traded as both a spice and a herbal preparation for well over two thousand years.
- Cnidimum and Monnier Extract — the panel prints these on two separate consecutive lines, and we have transcribed them the same way rather than joining them up. Together the lines name Cnidium monnieri, a white-flowered member of the carrot family whose dried fruit is a long-established ingredient in Chinese herbalism.
- Theobromine — the bitter alkaloid that occurs naturally in cacao, and the reason the cacao genus carries that name. It is structurally a near neighbour of caffeine.
- Rhodiola — a thick-rooted, cold-climate plant from arctic and high-altitude ground, with a long record of traditional use in Scandinavia and Russia. It is usually grouped with the botanicals sold as adaptogens.
- Avena Sativa Extract — an extract of the common oat, the same cereal species grown for porridge and feed. Green oat and oat straw preparations have a long European herbal history.
For neutral background on how botanicals of this kind are produced and regulated, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes a general overview of botanical dietary supplements, and the NIH maintains a searchable Dietary Supplement Label Database of label panels. Neither resource refers to or evaluates this product.

How to use it
The directions printed on the card read: take (1) one capsule 45 minutes prior to sexual activity. The caution line immediately below adds that you should not exceed more than one capsule in four days, and that the product is not for use by individuals under the age of 18.
That is the entire dosing instruction on the packaging — there is no daily routine, no loading dose and no second serving. Because this listing is a single capsule on one card, the four-day minimum interval is not a limit you can reach with what is in the pack; it matters only if you already have other cards on hand. No storage instruction is printed on this card, so we have not invented one.
Who it's for
This card suits an adult of 18 or over who wants to try the format once without buying a multi-capsule pack. A single blister card is the smallest quantity this product comes in: one capsule, one occasion, nothing left over. It is also the easiest version to carry, since a sealed card travels flatter than a bottle and stays sealed until you open it.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and the warning printed on the card rules it out for several other groups — read the next section before ordering. Other counts, formats and brands are listed across the Supplements category.
Good to know
The card carries a printed warning that should be read in full before use. As printed, it states: use only as directed; do not take this product if you have a serious medical condition or take nitrates, nitroglycerin, or prescription medications; do not use if you have heart problems or high blood pressure; and consult with your physician if you have any of these conditions.
Nitrates and nitroglycerin are named explicitly, which makes that the line to check rather than skim. If you take any prescription medicine at all, the question belongs with your doctor rather than with a product page. General guidance on supplement safety is published by NCCIH under dietary and herbal supplements, and the FDA's consumer page on dietary supplements explains how this category is regulated.
No California Proposition 65 warning is printed anywhere on this card. Keep out of reach of children.
Shipping, packaging and returns
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, sent under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. The charge on your card statement shows that same generic business name, not calipills.com. Orders leave by the next business day, and an expedited option is available at checkout.
Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.
If it turns out not to be right for you, supplements bought from CaliPills can be returned under our return policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many capsules come on this card?
One. This listing is a single 1600mg capsule sealed on one blister card.
What colour is the capsule, and what form does it take?
The capsule is blue, and it is a capsule rather than a tablet or a softgel. It is visible through the clear blister on the front of the card.
Does the label say how much of each herb is in the 1600mg?
No. The panel declares one proprietary blend of 1600mg and lists the eight ingredients beneath it with no individual amounts and no % Daily Value, so those figures are genuinely not available from the packaging and we have not estimated them.
How long before use does the label say to take it?
45 minutes. The directions on the card read "take (1) one capsule 45 minutes prior to sexual activity", and the caution line adds not to exceed one capsule in four days.
Can I take this if I am on prescription medication?
Not without speaking to a doctor first. The card's own warning says not to take the product if you take nitrates, nitroglycerin or prescription medications, and not to use it if you have heart problems or high blood pressure.
How will this arrive, and will the packaging show what it is?
It arrives in plain packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents. Both the sender name and the charge on your statement are a neutral business name rather than CaliPills.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition, heart concerns, or take prescription medication (including nitrates). Keep out of reach of children.

Love itMy husband of 34 years, experiences erectile dysfunction from time to time. It is very frustrating for both of us. We have been experimenting with several "male enhancement" pills. 5 Day Forecast is by far, the best results. He took this around 8:45 pm, we were able to see results and use it around an hour later......however, the next morning, 6 am, he had morning wood!! Much better than the evening before...Wow!!!
