What 3 KO Gold XT is
3 KO Gold XT is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, sold as three gold capsules sealed on a single blister card. The Supplement Facts panel on the reverse gives a serving size of one capsule at 2,750 mg, and 8,250 mg across the card as a whole. It is manufactured for Prime Health Inc. of Seattle, Washington, and the card states that it is made in the U.S.A.
The card describes the contents as an edible plant extract containing standardized functional ingredients, processed by a technique the manufacturer says is intended to maintain the intrinsic value of the botanicals. In practice that means a ten-botanical formula drawn largely from the traditional Chinese herbal repertoire, with no vitamins, no minerals and no amino acids declared on the panel. You can browse the rest of the range in our 3 KO herbal extract category.
Three capsules is a small, self-contained format. There is no bottle to store, no loose counting, and each capsule stays in its own sealed blister until you press it out — which makes this pack a sensible way to try the formula before committing to anything larger.
What's inside
Every ingredient below is transcribed directly from the Supplement Facts panel on the back of the card, with the milligram figure exactly as printed. The panel declares ten botanicals individually rather than hiding them inside a proprietary blend, which is unusual in this category and worth noting.
- Asian Ginseng — 1,160 mg. The largest single entry on the panel by a wide margin. Panax ginseng is a slow-growing perennial root cultivated in Korea, northeastern China and parts of Russia, and it is one of the most widely studied botanicals in the world. The NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and on what is and is not known about it.
- Dong Quai — 600 mg. Angelica sinensis, a member of the celery and carrot family grown at altitude in southwestern China. Its aromatic root has been used in Chinese herbal preparations for centuries and is a frequent component of multi-herb formulas rather than a standalone ingredient.
- Walnut — 460 mg. Listed plainly as "Walnut". In Chinese herbal practice the walnut kernel is a food-grade ingredient used in tonic preparations. Worth flagging for anyone with a tree-nut allergy: this is a genuine nut-derived ingredient, not a flavouring.
- Cordyceps — 344 mg. Not a plant at all but a fungus, originally harvested at high altitude on the Tibetan plateau and now almost entirely cultivated on substrate. It has a long history in traditional preparations and turns up across the men's wellness category.
- Astragalus — 78.2 mg. Astragalus membranaceus, a legume whose sliced root is a staple of Chinese herbal cookery — it is often simmered into broths. The NCCIH page on astragalus summarises the general background.
- Cherokee Rose — 26 mg. Rosa laevigata, a climbing white-flowered rose native to southern China. The fruit, not the flower, is the part used in herbal preparations.
- Cnidium — 26 mg. Cnidium monnieri, an umbellifer whose small ribbed seeds are the part traditionally used.
- Flat-Stem Milkvetch — 26 mg. A second Astragalus species, A. complanatus, distinct from the astragalus above — here the seed is used rather than the root.
- Ligustrum — 26 mg. Ligustrum lucidum, glossy privet. The dark berries are dried and used in traditional formulas.
- Schizandra — 26 mg. Printed on the panel with a z; the botanical is Schisandra chinensis, a climbing vine whose red berry is called the "five-flavour fruit" in Chinese because it is said to carry sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent notes at once.
If you want a neutral primer on how botanical supplements are regulated and what a label can and cannot tell you, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements maintains a general botanical dietary supplements fact sheet.

The panel prints no "Other Ingredients" line and does not declare the capsule shell material, so we cannot tell you what the capsule itself is made from. It also carries no allergen statement beyond the walnut entry in the list above, and no Proposition 65 warning.
How to use it
The card's directions read: "As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule every ten days or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional." That ten-day figure is the interval the manufacturer prints between one serving and the next — it is how often the label says to take a capsule, and the packaging makes no statement of its own about duration.
The card's own caution is two lines: do not exceed the recommended dosage, and do not drink excessively. No storage instruction is printed on this card, so store it the way you would any supplement — somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, and away from a steamy bathroom cabinet.
Press the capsule out through the foil backing rather than peeling the blister open, and take it with water.
Who it's for
This is a herbal supplement intended for healthy adult men aged 18 and over, and the three-capsule card is aimed squarely at someone who wants to try a formula rather than stock one. The ten-day interval printed on the label means the three capsules are spaced well apart rather than taken daily, so this is a small pack in count but not a single sitting.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and it is not appropriate for women — the product is marketed for men and the formula has not been positioned for anyone else. If you are taking prescription medication of any kind, particularly nitrates or anything for blood pressure or heart conditions, speak to a pharmacist or doctor before using a multi-botanical supplement. The same goes if you have a known tree-nut allergy, because of the walnut content. You can see comparable formats across our supplements range.
Good to know
Herbal supplements are regulated differently from medicines, and the honest position is that a label is a declaration by the manufacturer rather than an independent verification. The NCCIH overview of dietary and herbal supplements explains how that regulatory framework works and what questions are worth asking before taking anything.
A few practical points specific to this card:
- Keep the capsules on the card rather than popping all three loose into a drawer — the blister is what keeps each one sealed and identifiable.
- Botanical ingredients can interact with prescription drugs. Ginseng in particular is one to mention to a pharmacist if you take anything regularly.
- Keep the card out of reach of children. Blister foil is not child-resistant.
- We are not the manufacturer. Everything above is transcribed from the packaging; where the packaging is silent, we have said so rather than filled the gap.
Returns: if this is not the right product for you, supplements bought from CaliPills may be returned in line with our return policy.
Shipping and packaging: your order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside indicating the contents, and the charge appears under a neutral business name rather than CaliPills. Orders leave by the next business day, with expedited options available at checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many capsules are in a 3 KO Gold XT pack?
Three. The pack is a single blister card holding three gold capsules, each sealed in its own blister and each a 2,750 mg serving, for 8,250 mg across the card.
What does 3 KO Gold XT actually contain?
Ten botanicals, declared individually with milligram amounts rather than bundled into a proprietary blend. In descending order by weight they are Asian Ginseng (1,160 mg), Dong Quai (600 mg), Walnut (460 mg), Cordyceps (344 mg), Astragalus (78.2 mg), and then Cherokee Rose, Cnidium, Flat-Stem Milkvetch, Ligustrum and Schizandra at 26 mg each.
How often does the label say to take a capsule?
Once every ten days. The directions printed on the card read "take 1 capsule every ten days or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional", and the card also cautions against exceeding the recommended dosage and against drinking excessively.
Does this contain nuts?
Yes — walnut is the third-largest ingredient on the panel at 460 mg per capsule. Anyone with a tree-nut allergy should avoid it. The panel declares no other allergens and prints no "Other Ingredients" line, so the capsule shell material is not stated on the packaging.
How is this shipped?
Discreetly. The parcel is plain on the outside with no indication of the contents or of the retailer, and the payment descriptor on your statement is a neutral business name rather than CaliPills.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition, heart concerns, or take prescription medication (including nitrates). Keep out of reach of children.

Quality Comes in a PackI am sure, like me, all of you might have to keep a stock of your favorite enhancement pills to take out whenever you want. But, that was a thing of the past. Now that I have the 3 KO Gold XT pills coming in a 3-pack box, I have to buy this one, and it will serve me as long as I want them. There can be nothing better than growing at just the slightest stimulation and make me ready for the night. A highly recommended capsule.
